Tennessee Managing Attorney
Herron Bond is a personal injury attorney with Charles G. Pitman Attorneys at Law, LLC. Herron is a Tennessee native and he is licensed to practice law in all state courts throughout Tennessee.
Since being admitted to practice law, Herron has focused almost exclusively on tort law. He has represented hundreds of injured clients and has worked to resolve their claims favorably, usually without having to go before a jury.
Herron obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, where he earned a spot on Dean’s List and wrote the top-ranked Legal Memorandum in his class. He served as a staff member for FSU’s Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law throughout law school. During his final year, he was a writer for the Florida Supreme Court Blog and a law clerk for the Florida Attorney General’s Office.
Prior to law school, Herron graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. While MTSU, he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. Herron attended high school at Montgomery Bell Academy and is licensed to practice law in all state courts throughout Tennessee, as well as the U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Tennessee.
Georgia Managing Attorney
Tracy N. Schamberger is a personal injury attorney with Charles G. Pitman Attorneys at Law, LLC. She received a B.A. in Sociology from Emory University and her J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Tracy is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. She is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association and has been sworn into the Georgia Supreme court and the Court of Appeals in Georgia.At Emory University, Tracy was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society and the Alpha Kappa Delta, a Sociology honors society. She also received the NCAA Post Graduate Scholarship upon receiving her diploma from Emory University. There she was a 5 time All-American Swimmer. While in law school, Tracy was a member of the NIU Law Review and the Public Interest Law Society.
Tracy’s areas of focus have been juvenile law and criminal prosecution. She has represented the Department of Family and Children Services and was a prosecutor with the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office where her caseload involved traffic offenses and DUIs, many of which involved auto accidents. Through her work as a criminal prosecutor she received intense training in the Detection of Impaired Drivers. Specifically, she received a certificate from the Prosecuting Attorney’s Council of Georgia for completing a course on DUI and Crash Investigation. Her previous experience and training for DUI and Crash investigations has led Tracy to focus her practice on personal injury cases with an emphasis on auto accidents.
Tracy decided to become an attorney in order to help others and stand up for their rights. She believes that in order to be a successful attorney one must have integrity, intelligence, dedication and must be both articulate and conscientious. At the end of the day, her goal is to feel that she has done her job to the best of her abilities and that her client’s rights have been protected.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys swimming, hiking, reading and spending time with her family and their animals.
